I'm going to talk a little bit about learning how to amplify your brand by developing your company culture through leadership and creating lasting authority, while expanding your market presence Brick by brick. And this all starts with great leadership. There's no secret sauce. There are certain attributes the ability to inspire trust, to impact a vision and sense of direction, to make hard decisions and see that they are carried out, and to develop the art of delegating instead of trying to do everything yourself. And boy am I guilty of that. I have failed miserably many times over the years by holding onto things entirely too long, which then, in turn, has hindered our growth and expansion in many ways. You know, whether it be personal, whether it be professionally, whether it be financially, altogether just held back from being successful. Great leaders are sometimes crisis managers. Some days I can be a counselor, which means having to deal with other people's problems for which there's no playbook. Mistakes will be made, and great leaders learn how to rebound and move on.
Ty Cobb Backer:You know talking a little bit about our marketing and our brand. You know I feel as if it really starts with the culture, the culture of the company, right when we decided to, you know, really start to market and brand the company. One of my jobs was to bring awareness to potential customers and to give them a great, lasting and trusting impression of our organization. We were in the business of cultivating a group of people that believed in themselves and believe in the brand and what they are trying to achieve, and we could definitely go down to a very deep rabbit hole when it comes down to your brand not just being your logo, but your brand being your team, your tribe, your force that stands behind you.
Ty Cobb Backer:And when they're out in public, right Like, nothing makes my heart happier than when I see those that work with us, you know, posting selfies or pictures of their family, and their husband or their wives are wearing a TC backer hat or some form of our brand or our logo in that photo. Nothing seems to make my heart happier when I see those kinds of things. But see, that's what people see out there. Right Like, your team has to be bought in, your team has to be sold, and that's when brand awareness starts to take effect. Right Like, it starts with your team internally and then it kind of just like spreads out and then it becomes contagious. Right, you are going to learn how to, through leadership, utilize your brand, create an omnipresence, stand the test of time and take your business to the next level.
